If your bike, frame or part isn't exactly what you need please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment so we can help. Please send a note to email@example.com or give us a call 1-888-554-2453 to check in.
Used bikes and frames will fall under our "Racery Ride Assurance" policy. Please refer to the "Racery Ride Assurance" policy page.
Any items listed "Final Sale" will NOT be accepted back for return.
Please make sure the item is sent back in exactly the same condition you received it and please include your Order Number with the item. As soon as the item arrives at The Racery we will inspect it.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. The Racery assumes no liability for lost or damaged returns, please insure your return shipment for its full purchased value.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved (no wear or damage on the item) we will issue a refund minus the cost of initial shipping.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will issue the refund immediately and please allow 3-5 business days for the process to be completed.
Late or missing refunds:
If for some reason you are not seeing the refund come through on your end, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days before some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you are still having problems viewing the refund to your original form of payment, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 952-456-8555.
Clothing Exchanges and Store Credit
With all of our clothing we are happy to help you get just the right fit. Please double check sizing charts and drop us a line with questions! Please leave tags attached and try on the clothing with undergarments - we cannot accept exchanges if item are no longer new and especially if it has been ridden in. If you receive the garment and find it is not the right size please contact us right away so we can initiate the exchange process. We will make the process as quick and easy as possible! The Racery will issue an exchange or store credit only for clothing orders.

In the unfortunate event that we sent you the wrong item or it does not match the description of the item you purchased, we will certainly cover your return shipping charges in full.
If you are sending a returned item over with a value over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
