Where do you source your inventory from?
We have great relationships with many professional road and cyclocross teams. These relationships have been built and nurtured by athletes and mechanics during years of racing at the top levels of our sport. These great relationships enable us to bring you the best and most exciting professional level equipment at the best prices possible.

Can you find me a certain item?
At this time our inventory is limited to what you currently see in our store. As our small company grows we will be able to accommodate most requests for specific items, in the meantime send us an email with the item you are looking for and we will do our best to find it for you:

How do I cancel my order?
If you have paid for an item and would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email: info@theracery.com or through our website. If we are contacted before the item is shipped, we will refund your purchase in whole including the shipping charges (if applicable). If we are not contacted in a timely fashion and your item has been shipped you will be responsible for the outgoing and return shipping charges.

Can I change my address?
Under no circumstances will we change a shipping address after a purchase has been made. This policy protects eBay and Paypal buyers and sellers alike. If you need to change your address after purchasing an item, please request to cancel your order and change your address through eBay and Paypal before re-ordering.

Manufacturer warranty?

All products sold through the Racery carry no direct or implied warranty from the manufacturer. Our products are sold as-is and we accept direct responsibility for your total satisfaction.
