SRAM started simply to create the best shifting system for the bicycle, they first achived this with the Gripshift, and they kept on going with SRAM Red & Force Doubletap, and Red 22 & Force 22, which many Pros prefer to use. When eTap was released in 2017, it took the market by surprise, and beat most if not all other electronic shifting systems, with a simple, sleek and wireless design.

In 2017, SRAM also interdouced the Eagle 1x12 system, officially bringing the 12-speed system to life, something we all have been wondering when not if it will drop! SRAM delivered another great shifting system, effectively dominating the market of groupsets.

SRAM's original vision was narrow at the beginning, but as the company evolved and turned into an absolute power house, a company that can provide almost every component you can find on a bicycle.

In 2002, they joined forces with one of the best bicycle shock company RockShox, effecitivly putting SRAM at the forefront of Mountain bike components, and they didn't stop there. To have the best brakes, bottom brackets and cranksets, SRAM joined forces with Avid & Truvativ. To support their innovation, they invested in Sachs Bicycle Company and built a state of the art manufacturing facility in Schweinfurt Germany to further the quality of their products.

In 2007, SRAM acquired Zipp Speed Weaponry, a US based company that manufacturers high-end carbon aero racing wheels and carbon bicycle components such as stems, handlebars and seatposts, making them a 1-stop shop for any cyclist.

Whether you are a beginner, commuter, or a cycling enthusiast, SRAM has it!
